Triggers VS Habits

While anxiety can be triggered by a number of things, it’s our habitual way of being that keeps us stuck in a pattern of anxiety.


And I know! It can be completely miserable.

It’s consuming and heavy and until you’ve experienced it, there’s no real way to describe it.

 

But it doesn’t have to be so isolating. You can learn to shift the way you think about anxiety and this course was designed to do JUST that.
